- Review of opex, capex and headcount for Quality and highlight area of concern.
- Inventory valuation for group and Indian closing, Physical count, Correction of valuation class of parts, Stock Report.
- Costing Run Analysis, Monitoring BOM changes, Data Analysis, BOM Corrections , Support for new product calculation.
- Preparation of CXS Reports - Extra Work and Rework cost, Stock Coverage, Suggestion per Employee, Productivity III, Standard Time Reduction, Preparation of Cost Centers Reports.
