QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 1 To 2 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Accounting :
- Purchase Accounting, Day-to-day Cash & Bank Payments, Accounting and Reconciliations
- General Ledger Scrutiny, Monthly/Quarterly Accounts Closing
- Preparation of Audit Schedules and coordinate with auditors (statutory and internal) for completion of periodical audits
- Ensuring that applicable Accounting Standards are Complied with.
- Resolving the queries of the Auditors; Addressing the issues raised in Audit Reports for process correction.
- Supporting the Business Head & Finance Head with various data inputs and analysis
Costing , MIS & Budgeting :
- Ensure maintenance of proper cost records; preparation of cost of production statements; Analysis of Cost Statements and Variances
- Coordinate with Cost Auditors for completion of Cost Audit
- Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly MIS Reports
- Coordinate with the functional heads for preparation of Annual and Rolling Budgets
- Regular monitoring of Performance vis--vis Budgets
Banking :
- BGs/LCs preparation, documentation and negotiations.
- Estimating the Working Capital Requirements and providing support to Finance Head to obtain the credit facilities
- Coordinating for stock audits by banks
Commercial / Taxation :
- Ensure compliance to GST matters including returns filing, audits, queries from GST authorities;
- Ensure compliance to Income Tax matters including TDS/TDS deductions, returns filing, etc
- Support to Purchase & Sales functions through taxation updates, banking support, etc.
