JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Visit to Factory and understand manufacturing process of the products.
- Go through all Manufacturing Process FW and prepare Cost Benefit analysis sheet
- Analyse the data of Electricity, Raw material, labour cost, Transport cost. and develop Cost Standards
- Study Production Cost and prepare Variance analysis Report w.r.t. Std. Vs. Actual
- Determine fixed and variable cost Items
- Root Cause Analysis for Variance
- Develop FW ( Systems) for Cost Controlling along with Senior
- Activity Costing- Assigning overheads and indirect cost to product.
- Cost rationalization
- Monthly Cost Run in SAP.
