National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX/ the Exchange) is a professionally managed on-line, multi commodity exchange focusing on revolutionizing Indias agricultural sector. NCDEX is India's largest agricultural derivatives exchange with a market share of 75% in agricultural derivative contracts for the Financial Year ending March 2021.
NCDEX was incorporated on April 23, 2003 as a public limited company and commenced operations on December 15, 2003 as a recognized association under The Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952.

- To perform activities related to membership compliance of the Exchange and support the team in achieving a no error work environment.
Key Result Areas
1.Change in directors details:
Scrutinizing / processing of application for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
Screening for all the applications related to change in director details, change in SHP/DPG, Directors and Transfer of membership.
Maintain records updating control sheet and follow ups with member accordingly via mail and phone calls.
2. Change in shareholding/DPG pattern/change in Constitution / Re-constitution of partnership firm:
• Scrutinizing / processing of shareholding/DPG pattern constitution / Re-constitution/of partnership firm.
• Keeping Records updating control sheet and follow ups with member accordingly via mail and phone calls.
3. Change in Name of member entity and Change in member office address:
• Scrutinizing / Processing applications as per norms and updating SEBI Portal.
• Processing such applications without any errors within prescribed TAT. Updating members Name and address in CRM database as per members request, updation to other department.
4. Client Based activity:
• Deletion of clients of the surrendered member through NCFE, sending UCC details as requested
by the member, UCI Run done every day (12pm & 5pm).
• Informing the compliance department about member having client account with other member.
• Sending MDR report to compliance team
• Requesting to extranet team to provide the status wise client count.
• Preparing SMS and Email Bounce Report on daily basis, keeping SMS & Email Bounce Report on web extranet for Members
• Follow up with members for invalid Mobile and Email ID and suspend the client code on monthly basis whose mobile number is invalid.
5. Closure of alerts in Trackwizz application, maintaining monthly database and MIS/collation of data for SEBI / Internal department
