POST NAME - Finance Executive

QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA

EXPERIENCE - 0 To 5 Years

CTC - 4 To 9 LPA

LOCATION - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

1. Monthly / Quarterly Financial Activities: 

a. Ensuring monthly provisions with high level of accounting hygiene 

b. Scrutiny and Analysis of all Major/Abnormal Expenses with variance analysis Vs Budget/Forecast/Last Month Actual. 

c. Inventory valuation 

d. Group Company reconciliation - CIS Reporting 

e. Support to all Statutory and Cost Audit Activities 

f. Review of Financial books with FSSC 

g. Meet quarterly requirements in co-ordination with FSSC and Corporate.

2. Management reporting: 

a. Timely and accurate management reports such as Sales Flash, Power & Fuel, Price realisation etc. 

b. Involvement in preparation of annual budgets 

c. Undertake and drive Cost Control projects through Analytics and deployment of digital tools

3. SIF Reporting: 

a.Timely and accurate monthly SIF reporting b.Handling of yealry packages like BM ,RF1 & RF3, PF Package, Legal Package, IT Package.

4. Others: 

a. Preparation and regular updation of Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. 

b. Simplificaiton and Automation projects
