POST NAME - Assistant Manager FP&A
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 3 To 7 Years
LOCATION - Gurgaon
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Partners with profitability leader during budgeting process including reviews with budget holders and SMTs.
- Liaise with departments on product pricing related decisions
- Assist in evaluation of Long Term Value (LTV) of new products.
- Analyze performance, effectiveness & efficiency of processes, business model & organization structure and identify potential ways to make structure more efficient (business unit consolidations, shared services model, transactional cost contract versus time & material, variable vs. fixed costs strategy etc.)
- Assist the profitability leader in -reporting of financial results on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis by managing complex consolidated financials, multiple business units and interacting with other departments
- Manage preparation of various ad-hoc requests received from Senior Management, key business partners, or other corporate areas
- Coordinate and develop a budget, forecast, and rolling estimate processes
- Assist in creating FP&A reporting metrics
- Monitor and deliver on agreed service level metrics.
