As a Finance Lead, you’ll effectively own and define budgetary and staffing programs for your immediate team(s) or area. You select the right resources and execute with excellence in areas of complexity and ambiguity. You know when to escalate issues to senior management, but can also solve difficult day to day problems for your team with confidence. You help drive the integration between people and process for day to day operations in your respective team(s) or area. You communicate well and program manage a variety of accounting and/or controllership processes simultaneously, while regularly working with your team to improve quality and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Act as a subject-matter expert in area(s) of Accounting and Controllership. Apply exceptional understanding of related area (e.g., product area, finance, entity, country) and its business plans and strategies, and knowledge about the products/area/systems they support.
- Share knowledge, experience, and learnings with others to enhance understanding and development of colleagues.
- Drive accounting process and controls, accounting process improvement, and audit support.
- Data analysis and reporting. Project and risk management.
- Develop knowledge of tools and applications in support of the accounting function and highlight opportunities for improvement.
