lTC operates a cadreised Finance function that serves all its businesses. The Finance function in ITC proactively partners the various businesses of ITC. The functional role is a dynamic amalgam of three distinct dimensions, namely, Value Strategist, Risk & Opportunity Manager and Service & Solution Provider. ITC's multi-business context provides opportunities for working in a wide range of business environments, enabling growth through professional development.
After a comprehensive business induction, the candidate will be immediately placed either in the Company's Internal Audit function or in the Finance function in one of the Company's varied businesses.
In a Business, the candidate will immediately take up a challenging role in the Finance & Commercial areas at one of the Company's operating Units. In Internal Audit, unlike in traditional audits, the candidate will be working in a live business environment, contributing towards the effectiveness of the management systems in a fast changing, dynamic set-up. This period will entail considerable travel and give a full understanding of the Company's business systems and strategies at work. After this stint, the candidate will be placed in one of the Company's businesses at any of the operating units spread across the country and will report to the head of the Finance function there.
