Planning, Analyzing and Reporting of financial, compliance and governance with key insights to support the growing business of Reliance Digital. Reliance with a data driven organization and this position will be involved in preparing, reporting, analyzing the business margins. This position would also be responsible one ensuring proper compliances and governance across Digital
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide timely, relevant and accurate preparation of monthly Gross Margin reports.
- Performance analysis against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic plan to facilitate decision making.
- Maintain and develop various financial models and templates required during strategy and planning process ensuring quality, accuracy and completeness.
- Support business by being the first point of contact for all financial information, opportunities and challenges.
- Demonstrate appropriate understanding/ working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls and apply them.
- Coordinating with other members of the business team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Preparation of weekly/ monthly dashboards and calling out various parameters of Merchandising and measuring the same against the KPI’s.

- Proficient in finance, accounting, planning and budgeting, risk, compliance, internal controls and staff leadership.
- An Individual contributor who is ready to get his/her hands dirty and get into the details of the business to bring insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all teams and field operations staff towards the achievement of delivering the training and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
