JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Creation of Purchase Orders for procurement and posting all material & Service GRN
- Reconciliation of physical stock with financial recording and SAP; review of stock accounting & moving average price at CMU Location.
- Preparation of vouchers and processing for approvals to make payments for respective vendors.
- Ensure timely payment of all category related payments-contractors, admin, imprest cash, spares.
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and GST Credit availed.
- Maintaining payment tracker on day to day basis.
- Vendor Registration in system.
- Dispatches Invoicing and other documentation.
- MAP analysis report and preparation of FG aging report on weekly basis.
- Assisting for MIS on a month on month basis.
- Parking and preparation of journal entries for books closing.
- Ensure TDS & Reverse Service Tax compliances, resolve tax related issues if any;
