VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Executive Finance (Cost Controller) 

QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/CMA

EXPERIENCE - 4 To 6 Years

LOCATION - Jhagadia, Wada, Chennai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Accounts & Finance:

• Cost Accounting of Plant, Cost allocation working.
• Preparation of budget and ensuring budgetary controls for plant expenses.
• Accounting of expense and reporting Budgeted Vs Actual Expenses.
• Additional Exposure of plant administration and should have the knowledge of indirect taxes.
• Inventory valuation, Management and Control
• Should have worked on ERP system
• CAPEX / Project Evaluating, capex accounting and post capitalization review.
• Ensuring internal controls in all plant related processes
• Active involvement in the WCM and cost saving initiatives and tracking of projects savings

Compliance & Liaison with Local Authorities / Bodies:

• To ensure and enforced strictly statutory requirements.
• Relationship management and liaison with various government authorities for obtaining licenses and approvals under Workmen Compensation Act, ESI Act, EPF Act, Factories Act, Explosive License, Property Tax, Minimum wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Contract Labour License, Pollution Control Board,
• Liaison with local authorities / agencies like police, district administration including village panchayat.

Warehouse and Stores:

• Adherence to guidelines and SOP set by central logistics on inward Receipts and Dispatch, with close co-ordinate with sales and QC dept
• Control on inwards / outward movement of material
• Stock keeping, FIFO, variance control
• Transport evaluation & bill verification

Plant Admin and Welfare & EHS:

• Payroll, statutory compliances, contract worker management.
• Transportation, Housekeeping, R&R programs
• Responsible for implementing the Saint-Gobain EHS charter and principles. Principle correspondent to the EHS community with respect to EHS reporting.
• Active contributor for IMS standards
