1 Preparation of Inquiry Costing on daily basis to quote the Price.
2 Preparation of SO Wise ICP Costing on daily basis.
3 Collect Cost information and maintain an expenses database.
4 Review Standard and Actual Cost deviation.
5 Prepare (Monthly, quarterly and Annual) Cost forecasts.
6 Identify and recommend Cost effective solutions.
7 Preparation and updating of Cost Sheets, based upon Cost elements.
8 Handle Customers queries related to Pricing.
9 Monthly Profitability Analysis.
10 Make the Reconciliation Actual V/S Standard Related various Cost(Packing Material ,Dyes & chemical, Inland Freight Cost).
