POST NAME - Assistant Manager Cost Accountant
QUALIFICATION - CMA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Kolkata
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Planning, monitoring & analyzing product cost
- Active participation in cost reduction exercise.
- Maintaining cost data for each product at BoM level, with complete break-up of cost components, basic cost of ingredient, import duties, GST/ VAT, freight, etc.
- Comparing/ analyzing cost data for variances at BoM level in all IMD related manufacturing units/ locations.
- Sensitivity analysis of cost based on expected change in cost of key ingredients
- Projecting cost of new products
- Actively participating & contributing in cost reduction initiatives, including keeping track of projects, estimating savings achieved/ to be achieved.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction
- Participating in automation of costing / budgeting
