EXPERIENCE - 2 To 5 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Cost Computation for New Product Proposal.
- Develop and maintain accurate product costs Sku wise.
- Create Item Code for Raw Material, FG, SFG, Bi Products, Packing Material etc.
- Periodical Plant visit, Inventory Auditing, Stock valuation.
- Prepare monthly Costing P&L Presentation to the Management for the previous month.
- Do Variance analysis and communicate the impact of cost to Management Team.
- Analyze the Costing P&L for the month Actual vs Standard vs Budget and for the year, YTD
- Perform cost / benefit analysis for new projects and capital acquisitions.
- Set standard costs for all products and directed the implementation of cost accounting methods.
- Prepared reconciliations of Costing vs Finance P&L and budget comparisons.
- Plan, study, and collect data to determine costs of RM, labor, Purchases, Inventory.
- ERP Monitoring, Production entries, GIN, GRN checking, Transfer pricing system are correct.
- Monitoring the Shipment Cost Changes while doing Container Costing.
