There is an imminent need for Focused Planning & Controlling at Region level for Supply Chain costs, investments and Stock. Explain deviations and proactively suggest improvement actions. Work closely with Supply Chain Procurement and Region Industrial and Commercial Supply Chain Department to define the business needs. To be the controlling reference point of Group Supply Chain Controlling
Main Responsibilities:
OPEX
• Is in charge to elaborate in full cooperation with Business Partners the Budget & Forecast for Opex (SC costs)
• Perform monthly analysis on Supply Chain cost, both Industrial and Commercial
• Follow up on Region Supply Chain planned new initiatives / discontinuities in order to estimate and monitor results and returns on investments
• Report to Area Operations Controlling / Group Supply Chain Controlling monthly evidences and possible recommendations
• Support business decision with ad-hoc analysis
• Interact directly with Group/Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management
• Follow Group Supply Chain Controlling standard costs methodology definition & guidelines
• Cooperate with Area Operation Controllers for analysis of business outcomes
• Monitor and analyze monthly actuals versus target KPIs (including for instance service level, freshness etc.)
• Support Business Partners in target analysis, explaining with detailed variance analysis the reasons behind the delta and driving the Function versus target achievement
• Support Business Partners in decision making and in project implementation
• Manage cross-Country Supply Chain information directly
• Challenge Business Partners on improvements
• Support Group & Area in the identification of mitigation actions on Supply Chain cost deviations
• Proactively highlights improvements and opportunities elaborating Group monthly risks and opportunities
INVESTMENTS & CONTRACTS
• Support Group / Area in preparation of Strategic guidelines and plan
• Support the Region Supply Chain Manager in preparing Budget, Forecast
• Perform monthly analysis and tracking of investments
• Is responsible for the governance and evaluation of the tenders for new contracts
• Support the preparation of the Investment Committee
• Performs continuous analysis of efficiencies vs effectiveness through scenario simulations
• Interact directly with Group / Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management
• Challenge Business Partners on improvement
STOCK
• Elaborate planning and budgeting for stock value in full cooperation with Business Partners
• Perform actual variance analysis of stock, both Industrial and Commercial, versus budget and versus previous year
• Highlight critical stock situation and keep trace of the actions agreed (e.g. obsolescence, destructions, stock peak)
• Interact directly with Group / Area Industrial & Supply Chain Management
• Challenge Business Partners on improvements
