Overall responsible for management of the partner claims process.
• Design and execute appropriate claims process with speed, controls and efficiencies.• Manage people within the process for higher productivity and efficiency
• Regular interaction and relationship management with the sales/business team and external
partners on claims status
• Manage external vendors involved with the process for supporting computation of claims.
• Effective escalation management with sense of urgency
• Enabler of business mindset
