POST NAME - Finance Executive
QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/M.Com/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 3 Years
LOCATION - Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Recording transactions and ledge for online ecommerce
- Preparing a/c Receivables and a/c payable Schedules
- Assisting in GST and TDS Returns Working
- Verification and Recording of documents pertaining to Purchase of material /services.
- Monthly closing activities as preparing schedule for prepaid , outstanding exps. , advances to vendors etc.
- Complying with the TDS provisions of Income tax act.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, which requires an advanced level of understanding of the procurement flow processes and their relation to accounts payable.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of vendor statement reconciliations including proper and timely resolution of open items
- Coordinate with Accounting and FP&A team members to support the month-end closing process, meet the required financial close deadlines, and assist in resolving variances.
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
- Interface with business teams and external stakeholders to solve their queries.
- Coordination and dealing with the Auditors (statutory & internal) for quarterly/ annual audits resulting in improvement of controls in various business and support functions.
- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required
