- Processing of manual refunds to the customer’s account through the payment gateway for the cancelled /Failed trips on Salesforce tool
- Handling customer complaints, queries and escalation on Salesforce tool
- Handling Internal CS team’s queries
- Maintaining accurate data of the processed transactions
