- Ensuring timely completion of monthly book closure of accounts
- Timely accounting and payment of all vendors and statutory payments (PF, ESI, Advance tax etc.,)
- Interaction with Operations and staffs on the advances and petty cash follow up to ensure all accounts are properly validated and closed on a timely manner
- Treasury work including Bank reconciliation and projection of cash flows for working capital requirements.
- Interaction with Operations for billing and receivables follow up
- Resolving critical issues for collection of information, process and conclusion of points
- Return filing of GSTR, TDS
- Finalisation of books of accounts for Statutory audit and Tax audit purpose and also handle audit queries.
- Escalation of critical issues to the management
