JOB DESCRIPTION :-
General Manager (F&A) at Corporate Office shall be responsible for financial planning and management, project financing and strategic investments, taxation matters, treasury and forex management, finalization of accounts, budgeting and MIS, risk management, finance concurrence, monitoring and control of finance functions of Corporate Office, Plant and Marketing offices and working of PF and Employees' Welfare Trusts. He should have sound knowledge of the latest Accounting and Auditing standards and preparation of Financial Statements and should have experience of coordinating with the Auditors for timely completion of Audit. Working in ERP environment is a pre-requisite. He should also be well versed with dealing with banks/financial institutions for arranging Working Capital and other loans and should have exposure to commercial tenders and negotiations. Having knowledge of policies and concession price scheme of the GOI applicable to fertilizers would be preferred. The candidate should also have skills to set goals, review and manage performance, guide and counsel the employees working under his control.
