JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Overall responsibility for delivering Financial, Cost and Compliance controls at the plant as well as working with the plant team to achieve all KPI's of the plant
- Compliance: Statutory compliances with respect to GST and all statues
- Accounting: Periodic book closure and financial accounting for the PC
- MIS: Production, Consumption, Issues, Inventory, Yield and P&L MIS along with financial analysis in terms of what went wrong and exception reporting
- Budgeting/Operating Plan: Preparation of budgets/operating plans
- Cost control: Controlling spends based on allotted budgets
- Costing: SKU level standard and actual costing and variance analysis in terms of Material cost, yield, etc.
- Invoice approval/GRN management: PC level invoice approvals and GRN of goods and services
- Inventory management: Record-keeping of inventory and issuing procurement requests based on consumption and lead time
- Odoo data management/co-ordination: Entering Financial data into Odoo or coordinating with teams who are supposed to input data in Odoo
- Fixed Asset Management/Capex management: Control of Fixed assets and capital expenditure spending
- Open PO & GRIR: Review open PO and GRIRs and follow up with concerned functions for timely closure
