JOB DESCRIPTION :-
AM/Manager – Tax will be involved primarily in GST activity (80%-85%) and Direct tax matter (15%- 20%) on need basis.

What you’ll be doing:
Review of month end GST returns (GSTR 1 & 3B) prepared by external consultants;
Review of year end GST returns (GSTR 9 & 9C) prepared by external consultants;
Review of GST reconciliation prepared on monthly / quarterly basis;
Review and discuss various positions taken while filing the monthly GST returns;
Prepare internal memo for positions taken for input tax credit/ output services;
Respond to queries raised in connection with GST by merchants / vendors;
Assistance in collating data in response to GST audit / notices issued by tax department;
Review backup data for years under GST audit;
Providing assistance in statutory audit with respect to direct / indirect tax matters;
Assistance in GST integration / automation;
Assistance in collating data in response to Income tax audit / notices issued by income tax department etc.
