JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Preparation of cost sheets, budget/forecast and knowledge of standard vs actual costing and batch costingUpdating new standard cost for newly developed products with the help of sourcing team, R&D team and updating in systemDoing cost roll up for all products on monthly basis to get accurate standard cost of productAnalysis of monthly inventory report, Reconciliation of Inventory (FG, RM & WIP)Production Cost Analysis.Analysis of wastage report, preparing material margin report,Analysis of bill of material, carrying out physical verification of stocks on quarterly and yearly basis with external auditorReview the companys systems and analyze risk along with the test check of financial information.Conducting review meetings with Plant team for understanding reasons of variations and measure actions.Preparing Annual operating plan which included expense budget, raw material cost for inventoryComputation & Analysis of Plant wise Volume Variance, Price variance and usage VarianceComputation & Analysis of Plant wise Price VarianceCalculating No Of days for inventories with the help of forecast for FG & RM itemsMonthly Scrap Analysis & ReconciliationAnalysis of abnormalities in BOM and routing times of products & reporting same to the concerned department.Monthly Analysis of Depreciation, Overhead cost (Conversion Cost)Checking industrial performance review with plant.
