JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Support monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, prepare journal entries, and account balance reconciliations
- Analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
- Monitor bank activities and cash flow funding requirements
- Provide full cycle accounts payable support
- Scan and code of invoices into the accounting ERP system
- Prepare cheque payment runs
- Reconciliations of vendor statements to accounting records
- Handles vendor inquiries
- Processes employees expense claims
- Reviews, edits and approves corporate cards
- Handling vendor inquiries within a reasonable timeframe
- Preparation and filing of GST and ensure smooth completion of filings
- Preparation of TDS return filing and filing of the same on quarterly basis
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
