JOB DESCRIPTION :-

Accounts Payable
- Vendor master Creation and maintenance
- Control over vendor bank details
- Accounting of local and import bills with achieving
- Employee claims verification and booking
- Vendor balance confirmations for audit purposes ( including intercompany vendors )
- Monitoring accounts payable ageing
- Implementation of the 3-way match - PO-GRN and Invoice
- SPoC for vendors and ASR employee
- Preparing documentation for Import payment
- Bookings of internal recharges and settlement
- Monthly account reconciliation relating to AP - SL GL reco
- Control and monitoring of open vendor advances, follow up for closing / recovering open advances
Account Receivables
- Posting customer receipts in time
- Tracing the receipts in other accounts and co-ordinate for transfer
- TDS accounting - co-ordination with ACBS
- Payment reminder letters to support the sales team
- Customer cheque deposits, if any
Audit and taxation
- Support for audit and tax report as per requirements
- Providing monthly data to ACBS for tax returns
Others
- Perform other activities to support business control functions.
- Support in FA verification and documentation
