1. Processing of DXCON (internal deal evaluation/management tool) for deal viability for the south region
2. Coordinate with finance management, Regional Business, Product Managers, Marketing for data requirements
3. Support sales team for day to day operations
4. Evaluate LoA applicability and support within the LoA process
5. Prepare relevant MIS/ scheme results (like Monopoly) for different stakeholders
6. Business Controlling topics such as deal restructuring, customer pricing etc for private customers
7. Digitalization in OTO Process
8. Interface with Global teams for tools related to DXCON (eg iDeal, Quote data mart, Assay Dashboard, DEXTER etc)

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Ensure effective co-ordination with stakeholders for seamless Execution of the project inline with the contractual commitments. Participate in project team meetings, continuous assessment of Risk & Mitigations, Opportunity & Claims to ensure accuracy of Actuals and Estimate to complete.
2. Presentation of periodic Project review dash board representing Project Financials, Rolling over gap analysis, evaluation and estimates of change in requirements/scope with respect to the cost/project plan, contract margin and cash profile.
3. Ensure seamless acquisition and execution of Orders received from Zone India (
India and neighboring countries such as Nepal, Srilanka, Maldives).
4. Responsibility to validate the Order in terms of cost planning, deviation approvals, completeness in documentation with respect to Terms & Conditions agreed in Offer / Tender / PO / Agreement.
5. Booking of Sale Order in SAP, ensuring cost planning in line with guidance price / Cost sheet in PS module.
6. To preside on the Kick off meeting to ensure recording of Risk & Opportunity of the Order in booking stage.
7. Co-ordinate the application and issuance of BG (Bank Guarantee) & LC (Letter of Credit), wherever applicable.
8. Ensure effective co-ordination with stakeholders for Payment security / Approvals for Commercial clearance.
9. Cycle Time improvement from L100 - L650 (Project planning to handover).
10. To provide Revenue forecast for the deals under control of Central Business Operations.
11. Responsible for escalation management and issue resolution with functions like Sales, Regional Contract Manager, Sourcing, Project management, Service etc to ensure smooth execution of Projects.
12. Ensure adherence with internal Guidelines, Policies / Regulatories and maintain a uniform process adherence.
