SENIOR EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTS VACANCY FOR BCOM/CMA AT THE PHOENIX MILLS LIMITED


The foundation of The Phoenix Mills Ltd. was laid by the young visionary Mr. Ramnarayan Ruia in the year 1905 when Phoenix commenced operations as a textile manufacturing company. In 1959, Phoenix was listed on the BSE & in 1986, 2 prime commercial centers, Phoenix House and Phoenix Center with a total area spread over 350 thousand sq. ft. became operational. Followed by the success of these commercial projects, High Street Phoenix (HSP) was launched in 1987, as the flagship consumption center housing retail, entertainment, residential and office complexes. In 1996, we launched the largest Bowling & gaming arena & in 2001 saw the introduction of Big Bazaar, India’s first Hyper market located at HSP. In 2002, Phoenix group ventured into the residential space by building the first multi-storied Phoenix residential towers on Phoenix Mills land. In 2004, we announced the launch of our multi-storied Skyzone with anchor stores of various national and international brand retail outlets. After a grand centenary celebration in 2005, East Court our commercial property in Pune was launched in the year 2009. The super luxury iconic mall Palladium, Mumbai was launched in the year 2010. We also began our geographical expansion by launching 3 Phoenix Market Cities at Pune, Bengaluru & Kurla in 2011. 2012 saw the launch of Palladium hotel, our five star luxury hotel, State of the art commercial property, Art Guild house & Phoenix Paragon Plaza in Mumbai. The 30 storey high rise luxury tower, One Bangalore West was also launched in this year at Bengaluru. Having launched the Phoenix Market City at Chennai in 2013, we ventured into the Food & Beverage business in 2014. In the year 2015, Palladium hotel was flagged as St. Regis. This year also saw launch of luxury sky residences, Kessaku in Bengaluru & Courtyard by Mariott, 5 star Hotel in Agra. Phoenix is poised to set many more milestones with the new expansion plans and thereby setting new benchmarks year on year!

POST NAME - Senior Executive Accounts
QUALIFICATION - B.Com/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 3 Years
LOCATION - Lucknow

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices as per contract agreements for all service providers along with all supporting/pertaining documentation.
  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices of non-contractual items / vendors etc.
  • Processing of Cap-ex and Op-ex invoices and payments.
  • Adhere to all internal control procedures & standards for processing of payments.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock evaluation
  • Monitor and record keeping of scrap sales as per policies
  • Prepare all tax returns
  • Process timely tax pay-outs
  • Coordinate all service tax/TDS deduction filing  and maintaining all necessary documentation
  • Preparing periodic summary for updates and reviews of outstanding tax issues
  • Collate necessary replies received from various departments on audit queries.
  • Prepare & reply to all audit queries & ensure adherence to all compliances
  • Prepare financial statements & supporting schedules for audit
  • Prepare periodic statements for all cost centers for budget vs. variances
  • Deduct TDS from vendor invoices as per defined guidelines\
  • Responsible for  maintaining proper documentation/ filing for all operations (TDS calculation, Service Tax filings, audit replies from various departments, etc.) and provide updates/ reports as and when requested by the Center Senior Management
  • Ensure leveraging of information technology for timely and accurate reporting of MIS and other functional operations
