1. Basic understanding of business and process risks impacting a FMCG Company and plan for audit engagements accordingly. 2. Ability to identify risks and internal control related issues across different processes. 3. Strong inter-personal and communication skills including drafting of good audit reports. 4. Working knowledge of SAP, its functionalities and use for conducting audits 5. Has a good knowledge of various Audit Methodologies and audit procedures to be adopted for testing different types controls |
The role will involve :
- Assisting external agencies for conducting CFA audit assignments and co-ordinating their work and quality review of their work
- Defining work programs for conducting the audits
- Conducting the Snap Audit assignments
- Identifying and reporting audit observations and gaps
- Discussions and closure of audit issues with the stakeholder and obtaining an action plan
Outcomes Expected :
- Conducting audit engagement as per defined work program and within timelines
- Identifying and reporting of key risks in the areas of audit
