Ltd. was established in 1965 as a joint venture company to manufacture compressed air processing equipment such as air filters, pressure regulators and airline lubricators based on the designs and drawings by C.A.Norgren Co., Denver, USA. For over 50 years, Shavo has been a leading manufacturer of air-processing units in India. Over time, we have developed in-house engineering and technical capabilities that have helped us build on our knowledge of the pneumatics business in India. This, in turn, has enabled us to manufacture products that meet special OEM customers’ requirements. In 2017, we began manufacturing bus doors. Beyond manufacturing, we have also worked hard to develop an extensive marketing network across major industrial cities and established contact with small and large distributors in India.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Complete accounting
- Budgeting/tax planning
- Income tax /TDS/ Filing of Returns/ advance tax working etc.
- Independently handling auditing and compiling data for scrutiny assessments & coordination with Statutory Auditors of the Company.
- Financial Advising
- Knowledge of cost accounting
- Knowledge of company law with filing of Returns, Board Resolutions and minutes to coordinate with company Secretary.
- Complete knowledge of GST. (including filing of all returns/ knowledge of sales tax acts.
- Knowledge of provident fund act, ESIC Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, shops & establishment act.
