POST NAME - Internal Control Analyst
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - Nil
LOCATION - Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Checking and approving vendor invoices for various types of services.
- Checking and approving cost working in invoice against with work order issued.
- Checking and approving cost working in invoice against the rate card agreed as per agreement entered with vendor.
- Checking and approving the GST amount in invoice and TDS amount to be deducted.
- Preparing cost center wise and location wise cost data.
- Ensuring control that invoices are submitted for payment as per work order and actual order delivered.
- Calculation of deductions and approvals
- Preparing MIS and reports
- Checking respective department head’s approval
- Conduct risk assessment of invoices against the services provided by vendors as per the defined Invoice Risk Management framework.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Invoice check, cost booking and approval control
- Adhere to approval control matrix as defined time to time
- Work closely with partners in other Control Functions and Lines of
- Businesses, to promote consistent, insightful integrated approach for payments to vendor and other expense payments.
