POST NAME - Assistant Manager 
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 3 To 5 Years
CTC - 5 To 7 LPA
LOCATION - Rewari

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
  • Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts namely journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance
  • Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements such as P&L Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Reports
  • Evaluating internal control systems / procedures to highlight shortcomings & implement necessary recommendations; performing review of financial statements and following internal control systems to conduct internal / statutory audits
  • Conducting reconciliation of accounts receivables & payable, trial balances with the general ledger control account;
  • Knowledge on process flow of BOM, Material Management
  • Generating MIS reports like monthly profitability, age-wise analysis of debtors as per the requirement of management
  • Ensuring computation of Income Tax/ MAT, GST Returns and preparation of Tax Audit Reports in time; managing PF, SAF and Gratuity Fund (both general and investment management) for all employees
  • Knowledge on Salary Processing
  • Conducting project feasibility analysis and providing assistance in strategic management decisions
  • Developing MIS for decision-making process and reviewing group consolidated results with top management on receivable, sales, payable and purchases and related party disclosure and compliance
  • Tracked bills receivables, bills payable, creditors accounts, accounting for purchase, sales, expenses & so On and worked on Vendor Payments
