JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Team member of F&A department in the overall preparation of Accounts, MIS.
- Monitoring Commercials & Finance for designated Subsidiary and Group Companies and be the eyes and ears for BPIL management for all developments therein.
- Expense monitoring and optimization with variance analysis.
- MIS, Inter-firm data for Top Management.
- Active participation in Accounts preparation and closing activities.
- Participation & assistance in certain jobs of colleagues with a medium term view of skill development and reduce dependence on individuals.
- Monitoring the costing function of the Organization at factory level, which involves cross functional co-ordination with depots, other factories, HO.
- Subsidiary and Group Companies accounts and commercial validation.
- Expense monitoring.
- Asset/liability monitoring.
- Inter-function co-ordination & validations.
- Preparation & maintenance of MIS, Inter-firm data for top management.
- Accounts preparation, validation for designated Companies.
- Timely preparation of MIS.
