JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Internal Audit – Planning
- Define the audit plan and audit scope, with the understanding of defined risk and control framework
- Share the Annual Audit Plan and Audit Scope with the respective THs and prepare annual audit calendar.
- Co-ordinate the THs to nominate volunteers for forming cross-functional audit team
- Prepare detailed plan for each audit along with initial data requirements, interview dates, timelines for submission of data, timelines for presenting the preliminary and final audit findings
Internal Audit - Execution & Reporting
- Allocate audit activities to the cross-functional team members, clarify doubts if any
- Monitor the sample size being covered for the audit, and intervene where necessary
- Test the effectiveness of the internal control system in the towers and provide necessary guidance to the cross-functional team
- Consolidate the audit findings and prepare primary report along with gaps and its potential impact
- Seek for the root-cause of the gaps and propose recommendations. Submit final audit report to Lead - Internal Audit to present to the Tower Heads
