JOB DESCRIPTION :-
For positions in Accounts and Finance :
Finalization of accounts
Ratio Analysis
Preparing Board and Investor Presentations
Handling of RBI,SEBI,MCA Compliances and Statutory filings
Knowledge of INDIAN ACCOUNTING STANDARDS is required
Must have knowledge of taxation.
For positions in Internal Audit :
Must have good knowledge of taxation and Accounting.
Should have good exposure on Internal Audit, Statutory Audit in any Finance company.
Willingness to Visit Branches under assigned territory for Audit purpose.
Auditing of Branch Assets, Expenses and Vouchers.
Preparation of MIS data & Report.
