- Material Balancing (MATBAL) for Hair Oil Understanding the entire backend value chain
- Control over the flow of MATBAL
- Preparation of Brand Financials (PF and Actuals)
- Computation of variances with reasons
- Scenario building for MRPs/BTL/SKU Changes/Any other inputs required to support brand team
- Support to BF team for various projects Budget, PF and Actuals
Common Activities:
- Standard setting for Brand and variation analysis Periodic closing activities
- Well versed with Tableau dashboard BTL report
- FOH Analysis and reporting for India Business
- Month closing activities related to ML COPA, Budget, PF and Actuals
