EXPERIENCE - 2 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Chandigarh
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Manage month closing including coordinating with the corporate team and reporting.
- Analyse expenses - budget Vs actuals.
- Analyse purchase price variance & overhead variances.
- Review internal control across all the departments and handles internal audits.
- Reveiew open orders & WIP, Item Master , Info records etc.
- Preparing manufacturing PL & coordinating statutory audits.
- Taking control of overhead costs and strict adherance of expenses through various departments.
- Own the finance & accounts SAP process which includes report creation and master data management, actively involved in SAP customization and new accounting process.
- Managing Annual price review for timely and accurate completion, developing realistic assumptions for annual price review for products and deriving standard cost.
- Initiating Capex proposals, preparing financial budgets, Sales/Cost projections, forecasting.
- Coordinating statutory audit.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly GST return and tax calculations.
- Delivering quality reporting through management monthly Dashboard, Expense Analyses, purchase price variances, overhead variances and forex variance report.
- Coordinating with Product development team for new product costing and reviewing costing before approvals.
