POST NAME - Assistant Manager Audit & Risk
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 2 To 3 Years
LOCATION - Chennai
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Conduct scheduled visits to different hospital locations & corporate/regional offices for audit /risk management reviews
- Work closely with the team of external service providers for all kinds of audits
- Review correctness of root cause analysis and sufficiency of agreed mitigation plans on a monthly basis
- Submit MIS to the management as per scheduled timelines
- Meet all department/corporate functions to discuss pending issues and facilitate closure
- Engage in continuous knowledge update regarding sector rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
- Summarize audit observations for management reporting
- Support DGM-Audit on the following functions
- Liaise with Unit Hospitals and Group resources on audit progress.
