POST NAME - MIS & Budgeting Executive
QUALIFICATION - CMA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 3 Years
LOCATION - Chennai
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management
- Accurate and Transparent Financial Reporting to Top Management
- Provide insights into Working Capital Management (Inventory, Debtors, Payable etc)
- Governance around Capex (Capital Expenses) Management
- Help Business in improving the return on Investment
- Good communication skills, ability to challenge status quo and inquisitive mind
- Team player, able to work with across departments
Budget Analysis
- Collect Budgets for all departments and consolidate for the overall organisation
- Compare Budget to actual and share the insights with Top management (Variance Analysis)
- Assist Senior Manager to prepare MIS to present to Management
- Assist in BSC Preparation & Monthly Monitoring
Forecast Analysis
- Support in revising the budget on quarterly basis and compare revised forecast to Actual and budget
Pricing Analysis
- Support Senior management in Pricing of the product, provide insights on Pricing vs the competition and as per the Industry trends
Capex Management
- Provide analysis for decision making considering the Payback period and Return on Investment
Cost Management / Reduction
- Find and implement opportunities for cost control and reduction in overhead expenses
- Provide insights and challenge business leaders to improve efficiency and reduce cost of operations
