POST NAME - Internal Audit Executive
QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CA/CMA Inter/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 2 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Revenue Assurance -
- Perform Pre-discharge IP audit daily & ensure that findings are closed timely basis
- Thorough review of reports shared by unit team reports
- Monthly revenue loss impact of each unit to be shared to respective unit Operations and get clarity about the action and measures taken to mitigate the risk associated with it
- Escalate the open IP, OP, discount, refund audit points to respective stakeholders
- Finalizing monthly dashboard basis input from unit team & consolidate the same for presentation
- Visiting the Unit to support the unit team as and when required
- Training to the existing & new joiners in the audit team to give the understanding about the process, polices, manuals and knowledge about the software
- Arranging the weekly meeting with unit audit team members & share the weekly MOM to IA HOD
- Participate and review the Minutes of the meeting done by Unit auditor in the unit meeting to present the audit findings to respective HOD &Unit GM/Head and provide recommendations for improvement in consultation with Head- Internal Audit
- Analyze & review the workings done by Unit auditors towards reducing the revenue leakages exposure from gaps of similar nature
- Enhancing the quality of revenue assurance activity through automation including usage of ACL report as required
Non-Revenue Assurance activities -
- Reviewing the physical cash & inventory verification done by Unit Team and actioned up as needed
- Review the referral pay-out Process, calculation & authentication of the referral cases with supporting documents as per the guidelines:-B2B Referral & HCF Pay-out audit monthly
- Support Head - IA for completing Internal Audit & ICFR with in the timeline and scope as per the IA Plan approved by Audit Committee with outsourced Internal Auditors (IA)
- Perform ad-hoc audit / special assignment given by Head- Internal Audit
- Perform Open code Usage , Department cost , Material cost and doctor pay-out on a periodical basis
