- Understanding the business processes & Requirement
- Prompt reply to business user queries
- Analyze the user queries and identify any changes in customization
- Collaborate with multiple teams and work in the global environment
- Gather Information on their current business processes and prepare a document.
- Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Functional testing and Integration Testing.
- Understanding of Configuration settings, all of G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting.
- Month end closing and support
