JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Cost Cutting Analysis
- Study and Analyze different processes within the firm to understand their impact on cost within the company.
- Utilize innovative cost-saving methods to improve cost efficiency within the different business areas and prepare relevant reports.
- Help with implementation of proposed cost-saving strategies while working with various departments within the organization.
Help with IPO processes
- Collect and organize internal documents and data while working with various departments within the company.
- Support communication with external agencies like Merchant Banker, RTA, Lawyer, etc.
Market research on competitors
- Create a quarterly market research report about the starch industry.
- Track competitor happenings by studying their annual reports, earnings calls, news, analyst reports and create quarterly competitor analysis reports.
Identify areas to grow
- Research and explore avenues of growth for the company: expansion of product line, new industries to explore, vertical integration, etc.
