- Based on the applications received, candidates will be shortlisted for the written test (at Hyderabad Location on 10th Oct 2021) and they will be informed via email/sms latest by 05-Oct-21.
- Shortlisted candidates who have received the email/sms will need to visit https://rollcall.medplusindia.com/mgmt-trainee page and reconfirm that they will be appearing for the test. Reconfirmation needs to be done by 08-Oct-21.
- Written test will comprise of Multiple choice questions covering Quantitative aptitude, logical Reasoning, Reading Comprehension (Candidates can appear for the test in either English or Telugu).
- Based on the performance in the exam, selected candidates will be called for final personal interview round at Hyderabad Location. The related details will be shared via email/sms.
- We will not be able to send individual regret emails to candidates who were not shortlisted or not selected.
- Finally selected candidates will undergo 3 months fully-paid training followed by an evaluation process & successful candidates will be awarded completion certificates.
- After successfully obtaining the completion certificate, candidates will be assigned to suitable department (Sales / Marketing / Accounts & Finance / HR & Compliance / Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehousing / Admin / MIS / Business Development) as management trainee.
- Organization ensures to put such candidates on fast track career path, which allows them to grow fast professionally.
COMPENSATION DETAILS :-
- Starting CTC of Rs 3.6 Lakhs per annum.
- In addition to the above CTC, any bike worth of 75000 INR will be given to candidates who successfully attains the training completion certificate. Such Candidates will own the same bike after he/she completes 3 years of continuous service with MedPlus (* terms & conditions apply).
- All selected candidates will be eligible for annual performance appraisal leading to suitable salary increments from the end of 1st year onwards.
- There will be service agreement of 3 years with the company.
