Ramagundam Fertilizers And Chemicals Limited (RFCL) was incorporated on 17th Feb, 2015 for setting up Gas based Urea manufacturing plant at Ramagundam with capacity of 2,200 MTPD Ammonia Unit and 3,850 MTPD Urea Plant.
RFCL is a Joint Venture Company of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL) with 26% equity each by NFL & EIL. FCIL has been granted 11% equity in terms of CCEA approval. State Government of Telangana has subscribed for equity participation of 11%. With the signing of Share Subscription Cum Shareholders Agreement (SSSHA) on 18th August, 2018 amongst RFCL, its Promoters and Investors, leading to Equity participation of 14.3% of Equity Capital by GAIL (India) Ltd. and 11.7% of Equity Capital by HTAS Consortium (consisting of HT Ramagundam A/S, IFU and Danish Agribusiness Fund, Denmark), the Company had achieved 100% Financial Closure for the Project.
RFCL declared zero date of the Project on 25th September, 2015. The commissioning of the Project was anticipated by June 30, 2020 (excluding the likely period to be impacted by Covid-19 uncertainty). The extent of effect due to Covid-19 would be evaluated once the situation gets normalized. As on date the project has achieved 99.6% overall progress. Currently pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are going on and production of urea shall be achieved in days to come.

PAY & PERKS :-
RFCL offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizer industry. Following are the Pay Scales which are being offered by RFCL (Table 02):
1 E-1 ₹40000 - 3% - 140000 Accounts Officer
Selected candidates will be placed at the minimum Basic Pay in Pay Scale indicated for each post. Besides Basic Pay, candidates will also be paid Industrial Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation, wherever available and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances / benefits such as Leave, Medical Facilities, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity,
Contributory Superannuation Benefit Fund Scheme, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc., as & when applicable and as per RFCL rules in force from time to time during training / after regularization.
Non-Practicing Allowance (NPA) @ 20% of Basic Pay shall also be payable to Sr. Medical Officer in addition to above as per Company rules in force from time to time.
APPOINTMENT AND PLACEMENT :-
The candidate should have sound health. The selected candidates before joining will be required to get Medical Fitness Certificate from Civil Surgeon of any Central/State Government Hospitals. The
appointment will be provisional and subject to verification of Character & Antecedents and Caste /PwBD Certificate from the concerned District Authorities /Competent Authorities. Selected candidates shall be posted at RFCL, Ramagundam Plant, Telangana. However, they may be posted in any Units/Offices of RFCL at any point of time at the discretion of the Management. Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India need to apply.
