JOB DESCRIPTION :-
• Responsible for all finance & accounts related activities for project business.
• Take care of all kind of taxation of our business and their documentation, responsible for compliance thereof.
• Cash flow / working capital management of the company and its subsidiaries (SPVs)
• Payment management of vendors and their reconciliations.
• Management of account receivables and reconciliation thereof.
• collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget and exercising on budgetary controls.
• Ensuring regular and correct accounting.
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
• Preparation of periodic MIS reports as per requirement of the management.
• Knowledge of Income Tax/GST.
• Should be able to handle a team of 10-15 people independently and be able to guide them for maintenance of accounts as per the mandatory accounting standards.
• Review and publish timely monthly / Quarterly / annual financial statements of Holding company and subsidiaries.
• Statutory Audit of financials and quarterly results, Certification as per business needs
• Financial Planning & Strategy
