QUALIFICATION - CA Inter/CMA Inter/B.Com/MBA

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Handle the processing of Accounts Payable invoices in the line with standardized PtP procedures in ERP system “M3”. The process includes PO matching invoices, manual invoices and expense reports in multiple currencies.
- Initiate the payment process (wire transfers, cheque payments) based on payment requirements from the system.
- Collaborate with the Finance team during the Monthly reporting process with expense analysis, accruals and journal entries.
- Bank Reconciliation,
- Performing Inter-Company invoice processing.
- Inventory and WIP management including reconciliation counting and analysis.
- Manage Stock taking process.
- Assets management and reporting.
- Perform other finance duties as assigned.
- Ability to meet deadlines as required, especially during month-end reporting.
