To achieve proper financial planning for the plant, adhering to group timelines, by ensuring provision of monthly closings, analysis of deviations from budget & production variances, and ensure compliance with procedures for loading of financial data into Information Systems.
Main Responsibilities :
1. PLANNING & FORECAST
• Define industrial cost by planning, budgeting and forecasting, and target setting
• Meet the timing required for compliance with the budget process
• Coordinate and supervise all departments in the preparation of the budget data, ensure department reporting of actual versus budget/forecast data
• Prepare year-end forecast of the outcome to both volume and value
• Report the Actual/Budget/Forecast at central level
• Prepare cost simulation for new product & new SKUs
• Calculate transfer pricing on the basis of the mark up defined by Group (not converted plant vs not converted market)•
2. CONTROLLING & REPORTING
• Supervise technical documentation (Models & Cycles), as part of economical valuation
• Analyze internal reutilization for packaging and semi-finished, as part of economical valuation
• Prepare business case for manufacturing engineering continuous improvement
• Evaluate monthly closure of variances due to line performance analysis and DIRA (Price/Volume/Mix variances)
• Prepare Absorption Monthly closure and economic evaluation
• Control and monitor the labor component economic valuation (fixed vs seasonal)
• Report the monthly closure of plant performance
• Load & Report HFM data
• Prepare Destruction analysis (economical evaluation of materials on line, external warehousing and pallet)
• Conduct Standard cost run
3. INVESTMENT CONTROLLING
• Elaboration of CAPEX business case, planning and spending/ monitoring
• Prepare economic analysis for investment and new initiatives
