JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- For activity rates planning for next year, Preparing Various Information - Cost Center for user & calculating allocation keys.
- Analyse data & set various parameters (Allocation Keys) for allocation of cost for plan
- Calculation of Activity Prices, Analysis & Release for next financial year
- Run and analyse plan costing and comparative costing Run
- Create allocations cycle for Indirect Allocation
- Perform monthly cost run and Prepare & provide comparative for all manufactured products, Trading rates for providing new rates.
- Analysis of Purchase Price Variance to set the rates for future costing
- Perform different activities related to Inventory, Age wise Inventory analysis & Provision of Slow Mover Inventory. Treatment of shortage / Excess
- Analysis of Unabsorbed costs & Yield variances based on utilisation
- Scrutiny at process order level & discuss with production, check costing and system
- Preparing Inventory, Production, consumption related schedules for auditors
- Preparing Proforma of Related Product Group for cost audit
- Collection of various Information like Inventory, production, sales utilization & Coordinating for Cost audit
- Coordinating with Statutory / Internal auditors for various quarterly and annual requirements
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) Scrutiny & Reconciliation with finance data and CO-PA Result
- Preparation of various analytical files for to support analysing monthly performance & Statutory compliances
