JOB DESCRIPTION :-
This position will be an important member of a growing team of Finance and Accounting professionals supporting the Corporate Tax team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Perform Global (especially USA) tax accounting and account reconciliation activities supporting the monthly, quarterly and year-end tax provision and tax account reconciliation processes.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of assigned tax accounts.
- Support Tax provision process by assisting in the monthly tax system maintenance and updating reports that support the monthly closing process.
- Collect and process accounting and income tax information.
- Prepare monthly Tax provision work papers and assist in the preparation of the year-end external Tax audit work papers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), regulatory reporting requests, and data submissions.
- Maintain documentation supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and internal audits
