- Management of Annual Operating Plans & Rolling Forecasts, Budgeting. Ensuring review of Budget vs Actual
- Managing Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) Operations like ROI, Monthly ASP Payouts, ASP Audits & ASP F&F
- Analysis of overall Schemes, Scheme Effectiveness, Scheme Exceptions, etc.
- Supporting e-Commerce Operations for Branches / Hub
- Statutory & Legal Compliance
- Support to Regional & Branch Operations
