JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- MAINTENANCE OF COMPLETE ACCOUNTS OF A SMALL COMPANY UP TO THE BALANCE SHEET STAGE.
- PREPARATION OF ACCOUNTING DATA ON TALLY.
- HANDLING OF COMPLETE VOUCHER WRITING, JOURNAL ENTRIES AND MONTHLY RECONCILIATIONS AND PREPARATION OF TRIAL BALANCE FOR MONTHLY REPORTING.
- FINALISING YEAR END ACCOUNTS AND UPDATING YEAR END ENTRIES TO FINALISE BALANCESHEET.
- EXPERIENCE OF HANDLING TDS AND FILING OF TDS RETURN
- EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING GST IN ALL RESPECTS INCLUDING FILING OF RETURNS ETC
- GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE I.E. WORD AND EXCEL
- PREPARATION OF ALL DETAILS FOR STATUTORY AUDIT / TAX AUDIT AND WORKING WITH AUDITORS TO FULFILL ALL AUDIT REQUIREMENTS.
